All bulk coir mixes can be manufactured to meet specific customer requirements, ranging from propagation blends and soft fruit applications to products intended for blending with other substrates. Bespoke coir formulations can be produced by combining varying particle sizes and chips in precise proportions to achieve the desired water-holding capacity according to the intended end use.

Coir substrate is the fibrous material located between the hard inner shell and the outer husk of the coconut and provides a growing medium with properties comparable to those of peat. It has a slightly higher pH range, typically between 5.4 and 6.8. 

Our coir offers an effective peat-free alternative for horticultural use, conveniently delivered directly to your location. It is available in both bulk bags (1 m³) and small bags (40 litres).

Coir can be used in growing media in much the same way as peat.
